Ali Bodily, CSW
MY APPROACH TO THERAPY INTEGRATES MIND, BODY, AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH. I AM DEDICATED TO SUPPORTING CLIENTS AS THEY NAVIGATE CHALLENGES, DISCOVER STRENGTHS, AND CREATE LASTING PATHWAYS TOWARD WELL-BEING.
I am a Social Worker with specialized training in women’s health and a focus on supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Worden’s Tasks of Grief, while also incorporating a mind-body perspective. I work with adults and adolescents navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and issues of self-esteem and body image. I am an LGBTQ+ allied therapist, committed to providing an affirming and inclusive space where clients feel safe, supported, and respected.
I believe healing occurs when clients are empowered to recognize their strengths and develop tools for resilience, connection, and growth. My practice emphasizes compassion, collaboration, and the integration of mind and body awareness to foster long-term well-being. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust and authenticity, supporting each client in their journey toward meaningful change and greater self-acceptance.

TRUE GROWTH EMERGES WHEN THE MIND AND BODY ALIGN IN THE PURSUIT OF HEALING AND WHOLENESS.
Therapy is a collaborative journey. Healing takes time, but growth happens when you allow yourself to be open, curious, and compassionate with your own process.
I was drawn to this work out of a deep passion for supporting others through life’s challenges. I believe in the power of connection, resilience, and self-discovery. Additionally, I find it meaningful to walk alongside clients as they reclaim their strength and embrace their authentic selves.
Grief is a deeply personal journey. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can process their loss at their own pace. I often use Worden’s Tasks of Grief to help individuals navigate mourning, while also finding ways to honor their loved one and move toward healing.
I believe emotional and physical health are closely linked. In therapy, we explore how stress, trauma, and emotions can affect the body. We also use practices that foster self-awareness, grounding, and resilience to restore balance and well-being.
