Call Us:
I strive to be non-judgmental and accepting of every client. As a queer-affirming clinician, my goal is to provide all clients with a safe space to truly be themselves during session.
Many times, we rely on external sources to tell us who we are and how to navigate difficult times. While certainty may initially feel comforting, relying on external authority often diminishes self-trust and self-esteem. I am passionate about working with individuals who are ready to embrace an authentic life, increase their confidence and feel empowered to set boundaries in order to honor themselves. Whether my clients are experiencing world-shattering life transitions, exploring their identity or simply seeking to be more genuine in their relationships, I will accompany them.
I take an individualized approach to therapy, which means I honor my clients’ autonomy and support their decisions throughout our therapeutic relationship. I may utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or solution-focused (SFBT) techniques, as well as others, in order to help you create the change in your life you are seeking. As a person-centered, humanistic clinician, I firmly believe that every client is capable of making monumental positive shifts in their lives.
We are restored when we discover and embrace our most authentic self.
I became a therapist because I realized how valuable self-trust and authenticity is in my own life. I realized that life becomes fuller when we are accepted and loved for who we are, rather than who we pretend to be.
I believe in tailoring my therapeutic approach to best support each individual client. I encourage open communication and I am happy to adapt my techniques in order to find what works best for you.
Yes, I honor and respect your faith journey without bias. There is no right or wrong way to resolve a faith “crisis”. My aim is to meet you where you are and support your decisions without judgement.
